You will be our second ever legal hire, reporting to the Legal & Compliance Lead. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day commercial contracting across Qargo's group entities (UK, Belgium, US). You'll own and operate our CLM system (Juro), driving adoption and self-serve maturity across the business. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Customer Success and the Security team — helping Qargo scale its legal function as we grow into new markets. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, tight-knit legal team and make a real, visible impact from day one.

Own end-to-end supplier and procurement contracting: SaaS vendors, IT, marketing, and professional services
Support US expansion: help stand up customer contracting workflows for Qargo Tech Inc
Provide support on corporate compliance and other ad hoc legal tasks as needed
