Job Responsibility:

  • Preparatory accounting tasks
  • Data maintenance for billing (master data creation, Salesforce)
  • Spreadsheet management and complex calculations
  • Creating and distributing client reports
  • Dunning and accounts receivable management
  • Independent handling of various administrative tasks
  • Close collaboration within the billing team, including regular communication and a good sense of humor
  • Preparing and supporting Department Leads and international MDs with financial planning
  • Monitoring and optimizing intercompany billing processes
  • Assisting in maintaining and improving data quality within the CRM system
  • Setting up and expanding dashboards and KPIs for comprehensive evaluation and decision-making

Requirements:

  • Has ideally previous professional experience (min. 1+ years) in a comparable role
  • Is proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (specifically advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills)
  • Has an analytical mindset with a high affinity for numbers and a critical way of thinking
  • Is a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken German and English skills (min. C1)
  • Acts with an independent, solution-oriented, and proactive approach, combined with a precise and structured way of working
  • Has a strong sense of quality, high attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Is a team player who remains resilient under pressure and stays flexible in a dynamic environment
