You will also have strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify what to focus on. A collaborative mindset is important as you’ll be working alongside other teams in the business to achieve our objectives. Reporting to the Commercial Analyst, this is a key hire right at the heart of the business linking Sales, Commercial and Marketing and a great opportunity for growth for the right candidate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the development and execution of strategies to grow existing categories and launch new ones, contributing analysis and recommendations against quarterly growth targets
  • Work closely with performance marketing and sales teams to analyse Buyer and Seller acquisition trends and support profitability targets
  • Maintain category questions and pricing, balancing conversion rate against revenue per conversion to maximise profitability while always being responsive to user feedback
  • Produce regular commercial analysis and insights to inform decision-making across the business
  • Support the delivery of promotional and trading initiatives aligned to country and category growth plans
  • Contribute to commercial projects, taking ownership of defined workstreams and outputs
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Bark’s competitors, including their pricing and business models

Requirements:

  • Strong numerical and analytical capability, with confidence working with data to identify trends, test hypotheses, and support commercial decisions
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets at an intermediate level, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic modelling
  • Commercial curiosity and an interest in how pricing, acquisition, and conversion drive growth and profitability
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and focus on high-impact tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, with a structured and methodical approach to work
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset, willing to take ownership and learn quickly

Nice to have:

  • 1 year of experience in an analytical, commercial, or operational role, or a relevant internship or placement
  • Exposure to performance marketing metrics, pricing analysis, or sales data
  • Experience working with dashboards or data visualisation tools
  • Ability to speak French and/or German
What we offer:
  • 25 days of paid holiday, with extra days added at 3 and 5 years of service
  • Fully remote working, plus up to 20 days each year to work from anywhere in the world
  • An annual Learning & Development budget of €550 to spend on courses, training, or other resources that support your professional development
  • Access to Oliva, a leading mental health and wellbeing platform, offering personalised support when you need it
  • A €250 allowance towards essential home office technology to help you stay connected and productive
