At Diesel Headquarter located in Breganze (VI), we are looking for a Junior Collection Merchandiser, who will be placed within the Global Merchandising Department. The role will support in ensuring the identification and realization of a structure of the collection assortment for the assigned categories.

Job Responsibility

  • Support in defining the global merchandising strategy and offer, covering the needs of all channels and markets while supporting the brand image & DNA
  • Support in monitoring the development of the collections and constantly coordinate with the Product and Design teams to ensure adherence with the shared merchandising plan at the beginning of the collection
  • Analyze collection performance: weekly/monthly/seasonal reporting on sales, best sellers and sell-through analysis, strengths and weaknesses of current and past collections
  • Participate in product development meetings between Merchandising, Design & Product
  • Prepare market and competitor analysis in terms of product and pricing positioning in different markets, with the aim of a constant update to the team

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in merchandising in the fashion industry
  • Great passion for fashion, a mind for analysis, determination to achieve the objectives, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, ability to problem solving and teamwork
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Mastery in the use of the main tools (particularly MS Excel, Power BI, Power Point)
