Junior Cloud Solutions Engineer

• Secure, automate, and monitor cloud infrastructure
• IaaS/PaaS configuration management
• Troubleshooting issues in the operational environments, including follow-up problem resolution, root cause analysis and change implementation
• Support the implementation of Azure Landing Zones to establish secure and scalable cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to writing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Azure DevOps, improving development and deployment processes
• Perform operational tasks for multiple services and technologies according to agreed SLA levels
• Create knowledge articles that can help to troubleshoot platform related issues
• Maintain and monitor the healthy state of end-customer environments
• Update support and operational documentation as required
• Integrate monitoring solutions with internal Incident management people, process and tools
• Gather requirements and provide continuous feedback loops between IT security and the Cloud CoE team

• 1-2 years of experience working within an infrastructure operations team in a large enterprise environment
• Relevant experience in infrastructure administration
• Relevant experience with Azure / Azure certification
• Awareness of ITSM frameworks (Support, Delivery and Implementation)
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Windows based solutions
• Experience with Firewalls and IT security
• Experience with networks (OSI layers, TCP/IP, Routes, VPN)
• Experience with DevOps tools is an advantage (Azure DevOps and Terraform)
