Join Datwave (a BIP's Company) to accelerate your career in the world of Cloud and AI. As a Junior Cloud Data & AI Architect, you will work alongside senior experts to build next-generation data architectures and artificial intelligence solutions. Your goal will be to consolidate your strong software development and engineering foundations by applying them to the Google Cloud ecosystem. You will actively participate in developing data pipelines, setting up infrastructure through code, and experimenting with new Generative AI models.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate on drafting technical documentation and architectural diagrams
  • Develop application modules, APIs, and automation scripts following programming best practices
  • Write and maintain Terraform modules for resource deployment
  • Implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines on BigQuery
  • Support model development on Vertex AI and prototype AI agent-based applications

Requirements:

  • STEM Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics)
  • Solid knowledge of programming patterns (OOP), algorithms, and data structures
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Java/Go
  • Knowledge of software architecture principles (microservices, REST APIs)
  • Excellent command of SQL
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
  • Strong interest in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Excellent Italian
  • Good technical English

Nice to have:

  • Previous hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Console, BigQuery, Cloud Run)
