The Junior Captain / Captain is a key member of our Food & Beverage team, dedicated to delivering refined, intuitive, and memorable dining experiences. This role is ideal for service professionals who take pride in excellence and are passionate about creating meaningful guest connections.
Job Responsibility:
Curate seamless and enjoyable dining experiences, delivering service that reflects Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism, and warmth
Confidently guide guests through menu selections, beverage pairings, and daily specials
Anticipating guest needs before they are expressed, you will ensure each interaction feels personalised and effortless
Contribute to a dining environment defined by precision, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality through collaboration with the kitchen and service teams
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of service experience, preferably in a luxury brand or Michelin restaurant
Demonstrates extensive F&B service and operations expertise with a strong emphasis on VIP customer service
Skilled in building and maintaining relationships across departments and with guests
The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position
Adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment and be attentive
