Job Responsibility:
Support the candidates’ journey before joining the organization in close cooperation with market Talent Acquisition Teams – scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, assisting candidates with required information, handling candidate expenses
Provide assistance to candidates and hiring managers regarding recruitment and onboarding processes
Contribute to continuous process improvements to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
Maintain systems and tools for application tracking and help improve technology solutions for better user experience
Prepare employment contracts and coordinate hiring activities, ensuring document completeness and timely delivery
Support HR stakeholders in the markets by creating reports and preparing analysis to enable informed decision‑making
Requirements:
Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations
Excellent command of Polish and strong proficiency in English (min. C1)
A people‑oriented professional with interest in developing in HR, particularly in recruitment
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with people across cultures and seniority levels
Strong problem‑solving capabilities, good planning and task‑prioritization skills
Knowledge of recruitment processes and tools
Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or any Applicant Tracking System is a strong advantage
