a leading global technology company supplying systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial technology. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Junior Buyer / Taskforce Support professional to join our team at Puchong to help stabilize and optimize our electronics supply chain.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the taskforce team in stabilizing supply chains in the electronics area by collecting data, performing basic analyses, and preparing decision-making inputs
  • Data preparation (e.g. SAP, Excel), maintaining tracking lists, supporting reporting, and following up with suppliers
  • Focus on reliable execution, fast onboarding, and providing flexible capacity for data-driven and coordination tasks within the taskforce

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, pivot tables, basic formulas) is highly essential
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong advantage
