As Junior Butler, you will support the Butler team in delivering exceptional and personalised guest experiences throughout the guest journey. With a strong focus on attention to detail and guest engagement, you will assist in ensuring all service elements are seamlessly executed, creating memorable moments and exceeding expectations in a luxury hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide personalised support to guests, including delivering amenities such as tea, coffee and in‑room requests
  • Assist in preparing for guest arrivals, including VIP rooms and personalised preferences
  • Support pre‑arrival communication, including preparing guest notes and emails
  • Coordinate with Front Office to escort and welcome guests, including early arrivals and VIPs
  • Ensure all guest rooms meet the highest standards and align with guest preferences prior to arrival
  • Maintain accurate guest preference records and update internal systems accordingly
  • Assist with Butler service touchpoints, including in‑room arrangements and special requests
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Guest Services to fulfil guest requests efficiently
  • Manage and follow up on guest laundry requests, ensuring timely collection and return
  • Be present during key guest interaction points to anticipate needs and provide support
  • Maintain clear communication with the Butler team and other departments throughout shifts
  • Uphold St. Regis brand standards, service rituals and confidentiality at all times
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with company policies, health & safety standards and procedures

Requirements
