Job Description:

The Junior Butler is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and managing the daily operations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. The Junior Butler will anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless and luxurious experience for all guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Actively participate in the greeting, welcoming and farewell of guests in a sincere and professional manner
  • Interact with guest in a discreet and professional manner to ascertain preferences, likes, dislikes and overall service experience
  • Actively collect all guest comments and report them to Assistant Chief Butler for further actions to be taken
  • Collect and update guest history files according to guest likes, dislikes and preferences in a confidential manner
  • share them with Assistant Chief Butler for further processing or action
  • Perform the arrival and departure process of guest in an efficient and professional manner
  • report challenge to Assistant Chief Butler
  • Perform all guest services at the highest level of guest satisfaction
  • Follow up and handle guest complaints in an efficient and professional manner
  • report them to Assistant Butler for further advice to resolve

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a High School or equivalent education
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language and Cantonese/Mandarin
  • Fluency in a language other than English strongly preferred
  • Pleasant and caring attitude toward the guest
  • Able to work flexible hours
