Job Description

3Shape is looking for a Junior Business Support Specialist to join our Turkey office. Your job is to take responsibility of supporting overall operation in Turkey. You will report to Country Manager. This role includes customs clearance, sales and service support, and inventory management. The Business Support Specialist will work in close collaboration with both the local commercial team on the ground as well as the global functions located in Copenhagen and Poland. This includes Production, Global Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Customer Support. In addition, this role will work closely together with our external providers, incl. third-party logistics provider and financing and accounting partners

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operational activities
  • Declare Customs Clearance on time with regulatory for Import and Export
  • Manage inventory in and outflow and optimize operations
  • Handle customer order and coordinate delivery schedule
  • Issue invoices of sales and statement for each transaction
  • Working in coordination with internal teams and relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting the office and academy activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement
  • High responsibility and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Team oriented with excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Good in English (written and spoken)
  • IT skills required super user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
