Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Support Executive to assist our Business Development team in Taiwan. This hybrid role will involve a mix of administrative support, customer liaison, follow-up coordination, and general office management. The ideal candidate will also support basic HR tasks and act as a key contact point for communications with our Singapore headquarters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, presentations, and internal documents
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients and partners on behalf of the business development team
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and events
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and ensure timely responses
  • Support client onboarding and ensure excellent post-engagement service
  • Help maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and supplies are well-stocked
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related matters
  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Help implement employee engagement initiatives and maintain documentation
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the Taiwan team and Singapore HQ.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, HR, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in business support, operations, or admin roles preferred
  • Good command of Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common business tools.
