Junior Business Operations Executive

• Input and manage data in SAP across finance, sales, and controlling modules
• Handle cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting on project/order level
• Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks throughout execution
• Monitor and update records for assets, liabilities, and project status
• Coordinate internally to ensure compliance with operational procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork
• Comfortable working with data and systems (e.g., Excel, SAP experience is a plus)
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written) — essential
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Immediate availability is preferred

SAP experience is a plus
