Job Responsibility:
Qualify incoming leads at the early stages of the sales funnel
Identify and verify prospects across multiple channels (phone, email, Skype)
Book and engage prospects for demo calls
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information
Conduct first- and second-level research (e.g., LinkedIn) to support lead qualification
Prioritise and categorise leads before passing them to the Sales Team
Follow up on leads and support ongoing prospecting activities
Provide daily activity reports (calls, emails, outreach stats)
Coordinate closely with the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Team Lead
Understand customer needs to ensure strong lead qualification
