EMAsphere is a fast-growing SaaS company providing a cloud-based performance management platform. We empower CEOs and CFOs to manage their business with confidence thanks to clear, reliable financial and operational insights. Today, EMAsphere counts more than 50 employees across offices in Louvain-la-Neuve, Ghent and Paris. As a Junior Business Developer, you will join our Sales team and play a key role in expanding EMAsphere’s presence in Flanders and the Netherlands. Your main objective: generate new business opportunities and convert them into long-term client relationships, while contributing to the team’s growth.
Job Responsibility:
Generate new opportunities
Follow up on inbound leads and proactively create new ones through outbound calls, emails and social selling
Identify and qualify opportunities with CEOs, CFOs and finance leaders
Build and maintain a strong pipeline in your region
Manage the sales cycle
Drive the sales process from first contact to closing
Present and demonstrate the added value of the EMAsphere platform
Negotiate and close deals
Build long-term relationships and turn clients into ambassadors
Develop and leverage partnerships
Maintain and grow our existing partner network
Identify and onboard new partners in your region
Represent EMAsphere at events, workshops and seminars
Expand your network of C-level executives
Contribute to sales performance
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams
Contribute to monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
Share market feedback and help optimize our sales strategy
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
First successful experience (≈2–3 years) in sales, SDR, business development
Experience in SaaS or tech is a strong plus
Native in Dutch
Professional English
French is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong listening and questioning abilities
Comfortable with technology and digital tools
Familiar with LinkedIn and modern prospecting techniques
