Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Business Developer (B2B) in Lithuania. As a member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for expanding ArcaPay's client base. You will play a crucial role in driving our B2B business growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, setting up meetings with potential clients and assisting with on-boarding.

Requirements:

Fluency in Lithuanian
Working proficiency in English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive, high-energy attitude with a strong drive to succeed
A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Eagerness to learn and grow within the fintech industry
Interest in and basic knowledge of finance and/or economics
Comfort with digital tools and the ability to work in a remote setting

Nice to have:

Experience in a sales role
Last-year students are welcome to apply
