Job Description:

Malherbe Paris is an internationally established leader for online and off-line commercial design with 30 years of experience all over Europe, Middle East, China and Asia. We believe in a noble methodology and mindset to build brand strategies, branding, online and off-line solutions, high-end decoration, social selling, experience and activations. We work with major global brands on design and strategy from our offices in Paris, Shanghai, and New York. As a fast growing design agency, we are currently expanding our New York office and our footprint in the US market & searching for new talents to join us.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in Business Development and the growth of Malherbe NY in the US and North America
Prospection & Outreach: Volume Outreach Plan (email & phone), Conversion to meeting, Target Outreach plan (identify potential brands, movements & opportunities)
Data Consolidation & Weekly reports
Business Reviews with Account Executive & Commercial Leads
Market research, studies, presentation decks and documentation
Meeting Preparation & meeting admin (Minutes, Presentation decks, Get Smart decks)
Assist in replies to RFP/RFQ , commercial + fee proposals and bids preparation
Assist in exciting meetings, learn about the company, meet important people, evolve & grow

Requirements:

Excel & Google sheets
Keynote / PPT
CRM & Email Tracker
LinkedIn Premium
Excellent English (written & spoken)
Previous experience is a plus
