Job Description:

As a Junior Business Controller, you will support the Regional Finance Manager and Business Controller by coordinating reporting, controlling, and budgeting activities across assigned organizational units in CEE. Your goal will be to provide financial insights and guidance to optimize KPIs and enhance business performance.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze financial results and identify areas for improvement
Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports and presentations
Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes
Support monthly and yearly closing activities
Monitor and optimize key financial processes and management reporting tools
Advise departments across all countries on financial and commercial matters
Contribute to audit processes through analytical reporting
Ensure compliance with local and regional reporting obligations

Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field
1-2 years of relevant experience as a Business Controller, Financial Controlling or Business Analysis
Good understanding of business operations, revenue recognition and cash flow management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP
Very good knowledge of English and communicative knowledge of Czech
Strong analytical, organisational, and presentation skills
Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and strong organizational skills
