We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Junior Business Coach to empower the talent and development of our employees. This key role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating coaching programs aimed at improving skills, performance, and engagement within the organization. Unox is seeking a dedicated individual to join our organization as an on-site employee. This is not a freelance or fully remote position. Job Responsibility:

  • Coaching: Provide individual coaching sessions to employees at various levels, facilitating their professional growth, goal attainment, and potential development
  • Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads and the HR team to identify development needs, with a focus on where coaching interventions can be most effective
  • Implementation and Logistics: Manage the organization and logistics of coaching programs
  • Effectiveness Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coaching programs through feedback collection and results analysis, proposing improvements
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on new trends and methodologies in the field of coaching.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Coach or equivalent practical experience in a psychology-related coaching role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language. The selection process includes a language check.
