Job Responsibility

  • Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, issue types, fields, and boards
  • Onboard new teams to Jira – set up their spaces and guide them on best practices
  • Build and troubleshoot automations and workflow rules
  • Support consultative requests – dashboards, Jira Plans, JQL, and project structure
  • Assist with larger Jira initiatives as directed by the team lead
  • Support and maintain Salesforce configurations – reports, dashboards, flows, and data integrity
  • Administer HR platforms including HiBob and Greenhouse – managing configurations, integrations, and user requests
  • Assist with data movement between systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Handle incoming requests from business stakeholders across GTM, Finance, HR, and Operations
  • Document processes and support knowledge transfer across the team

Requirements

  • No specific years of experience required
  • Technical background – degree or coursework in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • Genuine comfort with technology – you pick up new tools quickly and don’t need hand-holding
  • Working knowledge or hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) in a work or study context
  • Analytical and structured thinker – you break problems down before jumping to solutions
  • Strong communication skills in English – you can explain technical things clearly to non-technical people
  • Detail-oriented and reliable – you follow through and flag issues proactively
  • Able to manage multiple requests and prioritize under pressure

Nice to have

  • Any hands-on experience with Jira (even personal or academic projects)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce – any exposure to flows, reports, or data management
  • Experience with HiBob, Greenhouse, or other HR platforms
  • Basic understanding of APIs, REST, or system integrations
  • Salesforce or Atlassian certifications (or in progress)
  • Experience working in an agile environment
