Job Description:

Our client is a global asset manager. They are seeking an immediately available Business Analyst on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The role holder will own the delivery of a priority vendor implementation, while also supporting broader operational initiatives as they arise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyse current processes, identify pain points, and gather business requirements related to document management and operational workflows
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable requirements and practical solutions
  • Act as a key point of contact for an external vendor during system implementation
  • Support solution design, configuration, and delivery
  • Lead requirements discussions, challenge assumptions, and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
  • Simplify workflows and enhance data and document management practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and wider business teams
  • Manage expectations and support change adoption through clear communication and structured rollout approaches

Requirements:

  • Background in business analysis or project management
  • proven ability to contribute to project delivery and process improvement initiatives
  • strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • working knowledge of supporting system or process implementation projects is advantageous
  • financial services experience is useful but not essential
