Job Description:

Join the Aetna Enterprise Integrations (AEI) team supporting mission-critical integration efforts across Member, Claims, and Channel domains. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in healthcare technology and enterprise systems.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for integration projects
Support the development and maintenance of enterprise APIs and data flows across batch and real-time systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product owners to ensure alignment on project goals
Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integration solutions
Help track project milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation efforts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Familiarity with data concepts, APIs, or healthcare systems is a plus
Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools is a strong plus
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to have:

Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or SQL
Internship or academic project experience in business analysis, systems integration, or AI/ML applications
