Job Responsibility
Supporting senior colleagues in the Prague team, including international cooperation with offices outside Prague
Communicating daily both internally and externally with clients
Analyzing submitted data, market information, and external sources
Drafting and reviewing business presentations and contracts
Maintaining effective operation of internal systems and ensuring smooth documentation flow
Participating in outstanding training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues

Requirements
University degree or relevant experience – fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in reinsurance or insurance is an advantage
Strong communication skills and excellent knowledge of English
High level of responsibility and accountability, combined with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
Finding stories behind numbers - ability to read and understand figures and tables
Willingness to learn new things, focus on solutions, strong attention to detail
