Job Responsibility

  • Supporting senior colleagues in the Prague team, including international cooperation with offices outside Prague
  • Communicating daily both internally and externally with clients
  • Analyzing submitted data, market information, and external sources
  • Drafting and reviewing business presentations and contracts
  • Maintaining effective operation of internal systems and ensuring smooth documentation flow
  • Participating in outstanding training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues

Requirements

  • University degree or relevant experience – fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in reinsurance or insurance is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and excellent knowledge of English
  • High level of responsibility and accountability, combined with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
  • Finding stories behind numbers - ability to read and understand figures and tables
  • Willingness to learn new things, focus on solutions, strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel

  • Responsible for running internal probabilistic models, under guidance from the Capital team
  • Provide portfolio commentary and insights for governance committees including presenting modelling results and catastrophe risk papers to governance committees
