We are looking for a motivated Junior Brand Growth Strategist to support the growth and success of our clients’ brands on Amazon, Walmart, and other eCommerce marketplaces. This role focuses on assisting senior strategists, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams, and helping maintain strong, organized communication with clients. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident in communicating with clients and internal teams. The Junior Strategist will contribute to the preparation of strategic materials, help run portions of client calls, maintain task and dependency follow-through, monitor performance, and ensure that both clients and internal teams stay aligned and moving forward. As a Junior Brand Growth Strategist, you will play a key support role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service, clear communication, and measurable value.
Job Responsibility:
Client Support, Call Facilitation & Coordination: Assist in preparing client materials for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
Actively participate in client calls – including taking the lead on specific agenda items, presenting updates, and ensuring next steps are clearly captured
Support senior strategists by keeping clients organized, informed, and accountable to the dependencies required for growth
Support onboarding activities by helping organize priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Daily Account Assistance: Help navigate and complete tasks in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
Provide support and guidance to internal teams and clients by tracking tasks, gathering information, and helping identify key initiatives
Assist in monitoring product listings, advertising updates, inventory status, reporting needs, and brand presentation
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and review daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics
Identify basic gaps, trends, or opportunities and flag them to senior strategists
Help prepare performance updates and progress reports for clients
Communication & Relationship Building: Maintain clear, timely communication with clients and internal teams
Support client relationship efforts by ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and follow-through on tasks and priorities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (catalog, creative, advertising, operations) to help deliver coordinated and effective service
Assist in organizing tools, workflows, calendars, and launch timelines
Growth Support: Conduct research on new marketplace programs, advertising tactics, or Amazon initiatives
Help senior strategists prepare growth pitches, insights, or recommendations
Surface ideas to streamline processes or improve client experience
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, account coordination, or marketplace management
Amazon experience is mandatory
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is required
Strong communication, facilitation, and client-facing skills
comfortable speaking and presenting on calls
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once
Ability to interpret basic data and convert it into actionable insights or questions
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Eager to learn Amazon strategy, advertising fundamentals, and how to apply the 7Avenues™ framework to brand growth
