As a Junior Bilingual Recruiter, you’ll have the unique opportunity to start your career in corporate recruiting while owning requisitions and truly making an immediate impact. You’ll collaborate with our recruiters, hiring managers and Arrive leadership to understand business needs and our open entry level positions. From there, you’ll build relationships with candidates through various resources, educate them on opportunities, and champion them through the interview process. Job Responsibility:

  • Learn our industry from the ground up through formal training, shadowing, and on-the-job education
  • Master the details of our open positions, including role responsibilities and candidate qualifications
  • Build relationships with our hiring managers
  • Find talent! Using LinkedIn, Indeed, various job boards and our Applicant Tracking System Lever, you will screen applicants and move them through the funnel
  • Use all tools to get in touch with the right candidates every time
  • Bring a passion and drive for connecting with people and matching them to the right opportunities
  • Coordinate interviews with our hiring team and walk your candidate through the process

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
  • 1+ year(s) of work experience in a fast-paced, collaborative position
