Job Description:

Purpose of the Role: Design and implement high-quality solutions according to SAP Commerce & Mirakl best practices for complex cross-system requirements, Work very closely with Platform Architect and Tech Lead on Performance Improvements opportunities and new functionalities architecture, Participate in troubleshooting, technical analyses and code review process within the team, Collaborate with, DevOps Team especially with Product Manager, Lead Developer on analyzing business requirements and splitting them in Backlog Items, providing sequence and effort/Story Points estimation, Contribute to automation of all manual tasks for the building and deployment of both code and data to enable continuous integration and continuous deployment frameworks, Take responsibility on code quality and on-time completion of tasks and Support the success and development of others in the team.

  • Work closely with the Product Managers, Lead Developer and Solution Architect in order to achieve full transparency on solutions complexity and sequence of Sprint delivery
  • Drive innovation and improvements for solutions, knowledge and ideas to improve the Development processes and quality
  • Aware of innovative technologies and solutions in DevOps & Development methodologies
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in the solutions implementation approach
  • Use innovative approach when handling difficult tasks situations
  • positive can-do attitude

Requirements:

  • University Degree in a relevant area
  • 1-2 years of IT Experience in the development of customer systems across multiple technological domains
  • Strong skill base in front and backend open web development technologies including: Designing, building and testing Java applications
  • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP Hybris) is an advantage
  • Experience in Spring framework, JSP, JSTL and other J2EE related technologies
  • Strong concepts & knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and design patterns are a must
  • Strong quality-based ethic including testing and deployment practices
  • Ability to analyze and critically assess problems
  • Ability to see the big picture as well as giving attention to the smallest detail
  • FMCG Commercial business process awareness will be considered as an advantage
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • English proficiency
