Job Description:

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn't a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let's grow better, together. Join our new sales team in Prague! This isn't an average sales job. We're growing our B2B sales team, and we're looking for someone to be a key part of its continued success. Your focus will be on connecting with customers who already use and know our app, EasyPark. You'll be talking to people who have expressed interest in our business features or are already using our service and are perfect candidates for an upgrade.

Job Responsibility:

  • Guide EasyPark users to the next level, showing them the extra value our B2B solutions can offer their business
  • Connect with interested customers by phone, understanding their needs and showing them how our business plan is the perfect fit
  • Build genuine relationships, turning simple conversations into successful partnerships and stronger brand loyalty
  • Manage daily calls and pipeline, taking full ownership of your deals from start to finish
  • Keep our CRM system sharp and accurate, ensuring we have the best data to work from

Requirements:

  • Some experience in sales and are comfortable building relationships over the phone
  • B2B experience is a big plus
  • Driven by goals and have a track record of hitting and exceeding them
  • Self-starter who thrives on your own but also loves being part of a team effort
  • Full of energy, always looking for a better way to do things, and never satisfied with 'just okay'
  • Great communicator - you know that listening is just as important as talking
  • Fluent in Czech/Slovak and have a solid command of English (B2 minimum)
What we offer:
  • Clear career path from day one
  • Bonus structure that grows as you do
  • Uncapped commission base of 15 000 CZK per month
  • Opportunity for role promotion after 4 months
