Job Responsibility:

  • Support senior engineers with installation and servicing of residential AV systems
  • Assist in preventative maintenance visits and complete accurate reports
  • Work on upgrades and small projects under supervision
  • Shadow experienced engineers to build skills across audio, video, lighting, and control systems
  • Learn to diagnose and resolve faults with AV, network, and control systems
  • Maintain tidy, safe working practices in high-end residential environments

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Audio Visual systems (Crestron, Savant, Lutron, or similar)
  • Understanding of cabling, connectors, and technical drawings
  • Good problem-solving and fault-finding ability
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and gain certifications
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel
