Job Description:

A leading UK-based AV integration specialist delivering high-end residential projects ranging in value from £100k to multi-million. With around 30 highly skilled professionals, the company has built a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and professionalism. Known for working alongside top architects, designers, and contractors, they provide structured training, career progression, and the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most prestigious AV installations.

Job Responsibility:

Support senior engineers with installation and servicing of residential AV systems
Assist in preventative maintenance visits and complete accurate reports
Work on upgrades and small projects under supervision
Shadow experienced engineers to build skills across audio, video, lighting, and control systems
Learn to diagnose and resolve faults with AV, network, and control systems
Maintain tidy, safe working practices in high-end residential environments

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Audio Visual systems (Crestron, Savant, Lutron, or similar)
Understanding of cabling, connectors, and technical drawings
Good problem-solving and fault-finding ability
Strong customer service and communication skills
Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and gain certifications
Full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel
