A growing, multi-state law practice is seeking a Tennessee-licensed Junior Attorney (0–5 years) to join its Memphis-based team in a primarily remote role, offering the opportunity to gain meaningful courtroom experience while maintaining strong work-life balance.
Job Responsibility
Take ownership of a civil litigation caseload from day one
Handle matters through all phases from initial filings to resolution
Appear for hearings, depositions, and other proceedings as needed throughout the Memphis area
Manage own docket
Develop litigation strategy
Sharpen advocacy skills
Requirements
Active Tennessee Bar license (non-negotiable)
0–5 years of litigation experience
Exposure to civil litigation strongly preferred
Detail-oriented
Organized
Capable of managing a high-volume caseload independently
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Experience appearing in court
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Ability to utilize legal technology and case management systems
Team-oriented mindset
