A reputable law firm here in Dallas, TX is seeking a motivated Junior Attorney who is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple practice areas and support a dynamic team dedicated to legal excellence and client service.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, correspondence, and legal documents including pleadings and contracts
  • Assist with litigation preparation, discovery, and case strategy
  • Participate in client meetings, hearings, and depositions under attorney supervision
  • Stay current with developments in relevant statutory and case law
  • Support partners and senior attorneys with a broad range of matters depending on firm needs and your area interests

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
  • Familiarity with commercial law, employment/labor law, real estate law, or litigation
  • Understanding of eDiscovery processes and contract management
  • Demonstrated adaptability and continuous learning mindset

Nice to have

AI literacy or experience with legal technology platforms
