Job Description

The Attorney will provide legal advice, conduct research, draft and review legal documents, manage cases, and represent clients in legal proceedings as needed. This role is ideal for a candidate who can work independently while contributing effectively to a team-oriented practice.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a caseload from inception through resolution
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of matters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations, as applicable
  • Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and support staff on active matters
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Texas
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, judgment, and attention to detail

Nice to have

0-2 years of attorney experience preferred
