The Attorney will provide legal advice, conduct research, draft and review legal documents, manage cases, and represent clients in legal proceedings as needed. This role is ideal for a candidate who can work independently while contributing effectively to a team-oriented practice.
Job Responsibility
Manage a caseload from inception through resolution
Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of matters
Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations, as applicable
Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies
Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and support staff on active matters
Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met
Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Texas
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, judgment, and attention to detail
Nice to have
0-2 years of attorney experience preferred
