Junior Associate

• Tour Management- entering new tour dates in our system from 3rd party systems, application of tax withholding reduction, keeping the team informed of timing- budgeting & reconciliation of tours
• Helping with budget preparation
• Banking – learning our banking system and taking charge of making payments timely, getting approvals, and saving down correct corresponding support
• Filing paperwork to open new accounts
• Bookkeeping – accounts payable, accounts receivable, transfers, reconciling credit cards and journal entries
• Administrative tasks- answering phones, emails, making copies and scanning documents in proper client folders
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and their teams
• Many other special projects as needed

• Passion for sports, music and the entertainment industry is a must
• Being a self-starter and being able to work independently
• Positive attitude, a self-motivator with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, & Outlook
• Experience in an office environment is required
• Background in Accounting and/or Entertainment/Music industry preferred

Xero, QuickBooks, or another accounting software knowledge and experience is a plus
