A highly regarded commercial law firm based in Central London is looking for a Junior Associate specialising in Financial Regulation to join their dynamic team. Job Responsibility:

Advising on compliance with UK and EU legislation
Supporting licensing applications
Analysing perimeter issues
Conducting regulatory due diligence on corporate transactions
Drafting client alerts
Preparing regulatory applications
Supporting internal investigations
Maintaining relationships with financial regulators
Developing client-facing skills
Contributing to business development
Taking part in training sessions

Requirements:

Sound knowledge of key financial regulation including FSMA, FCA Handbook, and MiFID II
Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Keen interest in developing expertise in financial services regulation
Strong academic record and collaborative working style
