Job Description:

Core Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET and C# following coding standards and best practices. Work with SQL Server for database design, queries, and data handling required for application functionality. Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into application features and modules. Debug, test, and resolve application defects to ensure performance, stability, and quality. Collaborate with QA/testing teams to support functional, integration, and regression testing activities. Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Use source control systems (Git / TFS / SVN) for version control and collaborative development. Follow ISO / CMMi-compliant development processes and maintain technical documentation. Work closely with senior developers and technical leads to learn architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
