Analyzing, optimizing, and scaling Apple Search Ads campaigns
Generate and validate hypotheses to improve advertising campaign performance
Create hypotheses for testing Custom Product Pages (CPP) in the App Store
Conduct A/B tests and analyze their results
Participate in marketing meetings, present results and ideas, and take part in brainstorming sessions
Requirements
At least 6 months of experience in a similar or related role (marketing, ad launching, campaign analytics, working with performance metrics)
Understanding of Apple Search Ads (ASA) and key advertising metrics (such as CPI, CPA, CTR, CR, etc.)
Analytical mindset and ability to work with data (Excel/Google Sheets, basic reporting, data analysis)
Strong soft skills: constructive communication, teamwork, and proactiveness
Nice to have
Experience with ASO (App Store Optimization)
Experience with analytics tools (Tableau, UpSlide, Power BI, etc.)
Experience running ads on other platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, other performance marketing channels)
Experience creating creatives or participating in generating ideas for marketing tests
Experience working with different products/app categories (especially utilities)
Experience working in cross-functional teams (collaboration with product managers, marketers, and designers)
