Exciting opportunity to join a busy Somerset Landscape Architecture team! Client is are seeking a new team member to work on a range of exciting projects. They are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Architectural or Landscape Technician with the following experience and/ or qualifications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work on a range of exciting projects
  • Work within a team structure to provide personal and professional support

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience within Landscape or Architecture for hard landscape detailing and BIM
  • Minimum capabilities: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Advantageous capabilities: BIM delivery, Revit or similar, such as Rhino, ArchiCAD, Enscape or similar such as Lumion and Twin Motion, Civil 3D and the use of AI
  • Collaborative and good with people, including wider design team coordination
  • Creativity and energy with attention to detail
  • Demonstrable capability to problem solve
  • Graphic sensibility to be able demonstrate ideas clearly

Nice to have:

  • BIM delivery
  • Revit or similar, such as Rhino, ArchiCAD, Enscape or similar such as Lumion and Twin Motion
  • Civil 3D
  • Use of AI
