Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a first responder, delivering excellent customer service to clients via Jira, email, Microsoft Teams, and telephone
  • Triage incoming support tickets in line with SLAs
  • Troubleshoot data, infrastructure and application-related issues, including analysing client data using SQL queries
  • Perform basic application configurations to support client needs
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on investigations, progress and ticket resolutions
  • Attend client calls to support data-related queries
  • Maintain and update the team Knowledge Base to support continuous improvement
  • Work confidently with a range of platforms and technologies, including Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps (ADO) and Salesforce
