Experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role within the IT industry for 6+ months
Basic understanding of BPMN and UML
Good analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and modeling techniques
