Junior Ambassadors Specialist

• Design and execute large-scale global influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Scout, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners to our Fever Ambassador Program network
• Manage and grow a global community of Fever Ambassadors
• Leverage data insights to optimize ongoing partnerships and campaigns
• Own full campaign workflows from outreach to invoices
• Develop and test local initiatives to educate ambassadors
• Explore new partnership opportunities across all global social media platforms
• Set clear goals and monitor performance
• Drive innovative projects to enhance brand presence and revenue growth

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of managing and monetizing relationships with influencers or affiliates
• Strong data-driven and business-oriented mindset
• Up-to-date with social media trends and technologies
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Adaptable to the fast-paced environment of a digital startup
• Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem solver
• Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain
