Job Description

The position offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of innovative consulting and applied research projects for medium and large-sized clients in the industrial and financial sectors. Our search is open to recent graduates with strong motivation, curiosity, and passion for economic scenarios, with an inclination for analysis and the development of AI solutions. The ideal candidates are eager to apply their knowledge to support the digital evolution of forecasting models in the economic field using advanced analysis, automation, and Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., AI models and innovative technologies such as Generative AI). In this role, candidates will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge, rapidly evolving technologies, contributing to the implementation and integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions to support and optimize business processes across the corporate and banking sectors.

Job Responsibility

Supporting project managers in developing solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and innovative technologies applied to economic analysis, with a particular focus on designing automated workflows and developing tools to support business decision-making (including the use of advanced approaches such as Generative AI and agent-based systems) in areas such as industrial economics, internationalization, and regional development

Requirements

  • Master's degree with excellent grades in quantitative or technological disciplines (e.g., Computer Science, Management Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science)
  • Knowledge of main data analysis techniques and/or machine learning, and fundamental programming concepts
  • Familiarity with tools and frameworks for developing Artificial Intelligence and automation solutions (e.g., Python, use of APIs, integration of AI models, and agent-based systems)
  • Familiarity with visualization and prototyping tools (dashboards, user interfaces, lightweight applications)
  • Interest in AI and innovative technologies, with particular attention to advanced solutions (e.g., Generative AI, automation, advanced analytics) for process optimization and decision support
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Interest in macroeconomic topics and industrial economics dynamics, with knowledge of the corporate and banking context
  • Academic or professional experience in applied AI, automation, or data analysis projects
