As a Junior Advertising Monetisation Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Miniclip group studios with their advertising monetisation strategy by designing, executing and optimising mobile game advertising placements and setups to improve overall ad ARPDAU.
Job Responsibility:
Implement and manage the ad monetisation setups for Miniclip group studios across various mediation and ad network platforms
Critically analyse daily KPIs (ARPDAU, eCPM, etc) to identify trends and understand performance and revenue results
Design and execute regular A/B tests on ad monetisation setups to maximize yield
Maintain regular communication with ad networks to optimize performance and ensure high ad quality standards across the portfolio
Provide new ideas for ads placements in Miniclip group games that increase results sustainably
Being proactive in finding more effective ways to do recurrent tasks, contributing to studio growth
Requirements:
Bachelors/ Masters in Marketing, Advertising, Management, Economics, or similar
work experience in a similar role
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver strategic insights
High attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
A growth and proactive mindset
Proficiency in working with basic data analysis tools like Excel/Google Sheets, or similar
Nice to have:
Understanding of the mobile gaming industry / mobile advertising
