You will support with the effective delivery of Accounts services across a diverse group of businesses, working both independently and collaboratively. This role will require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring timescales and deadlines are achieved.
Job Responsibility:
General office duties such as, filing, scanning, archiving
Provide an efficient and effective administrative support, implementing computerised systems and keeping accurate records to facilitate the smooth running of the office
Systems administration
Opening and distributing mail
Data input, processing and General Filing duties
Monitoring and updating records
Any other reasonable duties which may be required
Requirements:
5 GCSE’s Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Adaptable in their approach to work and able to undertake additional tasks when required
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
Ability to work on own initiative
Be computer literate with Microsoft Office applications and capable to adapt to using other accounts or administrative applications.
Nice to have:
Previous experience in an administrative or office
Practical understanding of office procedures and record keeping
Ability to maintain accurate files, spreadsheets, and documentation
