We are currently recruiting for a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our busy Head Office team in High Wycombe. Job Responsibility:
Handling incoming calls professionally and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
Processing new customer orders and supporting amendments to existing services
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer and order records
Assisting with data entry, documentation, and general administrative tasks
Supporting colleagues across multiple departments with day-to-day operational activities
Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring enquiries are directed appropriately
Helping to coordinate customer requests and internal communications
Maintaining organised electronic filing systems and company records
Providing a high standard of customer service and administrative support at all times
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise workloads
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Professional and confident telephone manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly
A–C grade GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
Nice to have:
Previous office or customer service experience beneficial but not essential
Full UK drivers licence
Comfortable working in a target driven environment
