We are currently recruiting for a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our busy Head Office team in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or further develop their career within a fast-paced business environment. The role offers a varied mix of administration, customer support, and operational tasks, making it ideal for someone organised, motivated, and eager to learn.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling incoming calls professionally and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing new customer orders and supporting amendments to existing services
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer and order records
  • Assisting with data entry, documentation, and general administrative tasks
  • Supporting colleagues across multiple departments with day-to-day operational activities
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring enquiries are directed appropriately
  • Helping to coordinate customer requests and internal communications
  • Maintaining organised electronic filing systems and company records
  • Providing a high standard of customer service and administrative support at all times
