We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to join our client's insurance department. Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to insurance teams and management
  • Manage inbound calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Prepare and process insurance documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and paper filing systems
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and logistical arrangements
