Job Description

The Junior Accreditation Support team will assist the Accreditation Coordinator and Accreditation Centre operations team in the day-to-day execution of accreditation activities during the event.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting with accreditation check-in, badge collection, and wristband distribution processes
  • Verifying identification documents and supporting accreditation registration procedures
  • Providing basic information and guidance to accredited personnel regarding collection points, access procedures, and event policies
  • Supporting queue management and ensuring an efficient flow of visitors within the Accreditation Centre
  • Assisting with data entry, accreditation record updates, and administrative tasks within the accreditation system
  • Preparing accreditation materials, badges, wristbands, lanyards, and welcome packs for distribution
  • Monitoring stock levels of accreditation supplies and reporting shortages to supervisors
  • Supporting access control teams by helping to resolve basic accreditation issues and directing complex cases to senior accreditation staff
  • Maintaining a professional, customer-focused environment and ensuring compliance with event security and confidentiality requirements
