Job Description:

A leading biopharmaceutical company in Hong Kong is hiring a Junior Accounts Payable Officer. You will be responsible for supporting the accounting operations team by managing essential accounting and finance issues for their APAC entities.

Job Responsibility:

Manage Accounts Payable Functions
Process Payments
Support Bank Reconciliations
Audit Expense Claims
Provide Financial Operations Support
Aid in Month-End Closing
Handle Journal Entries
Undertake Ad-Hoc Tasks

Requirements:

Diploma or University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
LCC Higher certification or equivalent
Prior experience within an auditing or accounting role is advantageous
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Prior experience with SAP systems is considered a significant advantage

Meticulous and detail-oriented
Strong organizational skills
Proactive team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
