Junior Accountant

• Post accounts receivable transactions, including invoices and credit memos
• Enter and post production orders, production logs, delivery notes, and inventory transactions
• Process sales orders, inventory transfers, and inventory revaluations
• Maintain accurate and timely financial and operational data
• Generate and distribute weekly sales reports and cost studies
• Monitor and maintain open orders and daily reporting
• Support sales reporting and data accuracy
• Answer and direct inbound telephone calls
• Provide shipment and order confirmations to customers
• Assist the accounting team and reception as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Controller

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma/certificate in Accounting
• Minimum of two years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential customer and supplier information with discretion

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Business One
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution office environment
• Familiarity with shipping charges, freight allowances, and related documentation
