Our partner operating in the manufacturing and building solutions sector offers a great opportunity to join a stable and supportive team. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Accountant, gaining valuable experience while supporting the company's daily administrative and financial operations.
Job Responsibility:
Managing day-to-day office administration, including handling correspondence, archiving documents, formatting company materials, and maintaining internal records
Processing and issuing both domestic and international invoices (in local and foreign currencies) using the Dimension accounting system
Updating and maintaining supplier and revenue invoice overviews in Excel
Processing bank statements, ensuring accurate postings, and preparing clearing transactions or offsets
Supporting inventory checks for assets, receivables, and payables, as well as compiling various statistical reports for internal and external use
Requirements:
Secondary education degree, preferably in economics or a related field
Communicative level of English, both written and spoken
Basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and VAT principles
Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically with an intermediate knowledge of Excel
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
Nice to have:
At least 1 year of experience in invoicing, accounting, or financial administration
Familiarity with the Dimension system
