Junior Accountant

• Preparing bank reconciliations, journal entries, and client billings
• Maintaining sales tax records, fixed asset schedules, and lease schedules
• Ensuring the accuracy of monthly general ledger reconciliations and financial reports
• Assisting with audits, overhead cost allocations, and process improvements while adhering to GAAP and internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or actively pursuing an accounting degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical capabilities
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
• Solid understanding of journal entries and bank reconciliation processes
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams
• Familiarity with financial audits and compliance requirements is a plus
